She shared the inspirational story of her career progression from humble beginnings to such a remarkable position. Jeanette emphasised the importance of awareness of one’s financial journey, especially for women. One of her mantras in leadership it to show vulnerability which indicates authenticity as a leader. “My team is my force multipliers; it’s all about the connectedness as a leader.”
She further emphasised that Self-knowledge and self-reflection as a leader makes us the strongest; we should always question how we should do things differently.
