Congratulations on your decision to become a mentor!

There is no formal qualification to volunteer your time as a mentor. We are looking for people who are/have been in business or who have a business skill, and who believe that they have something to give in terms of knowledge/skill, experience and support.

There are a number of options regarding involvement depending on your time, expertise and preferences. You choose what best suits you.

Mentor Responsibilities:

• Ability to listen and ask questions.
• Motivate and engage the mentee.
• Create open communication.
• Maintain focus.
• Monitor and assist in goal achievement.
• Be approachable.
• Be available for the agreed meeting times and intervals.
• Guide and support.
