ORT JET businesses streamed into the Deloitte Offices for the ORT JET Women’s Day event. After some delicious breakfast, all were given a warm welcome from Akiva Erhlich, Director of Risk Advisory at Deloitte. Guest speaker Lori Milner then took the floor. Lori is an engaging facilitator, thought leader and mentor known for her insightful approach to being a modern corporate woman. She is also the CEO of Beyond the Dress and …co-author of ‘OWN your space’. Lori provided a perceptive journey through the secrets of successful branding, being true to oneself and the importance and cautions of social media. She also gave wonderful advice for moving onward and upward towards financial sustainability.
Following this, it was time to kick the shoes off (literally) and participate in a session of Nia with Michelle Raichlin. Nia is a combination of dance, martial arts and mindfulness, toning your body while transforming your mind.
Prize-giving topped off this fantastic event.
